Mike got his start in sports medicine by serving the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Argonauts as an athletic therapist.
Today he’s dedicated to bringing the same skill that kept elite athletes moving to families in his community.

Dr. Nadeen’s passion for health and wellness began during her time at Queen’s University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (BScH) in Kinesiology. Continuing her academic pursuits, Dr. Nadeen earned her Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Sports Medicine at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
With a special interest in hip and shoulder injuries, return-to-sport rehab, and strength and conditioning, Dr. Nadeen works with a wide range of athletes—from high school competitors to professionals. She has previously worked with athletes from the European basketball league, the CFL and PGA Tour Americas. Whether she’s helping someone get back on the field or out of daily discomfort, her approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitative strategies, and performance training tailored to each individual.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nadeen enjoys spending time with her friends, going to the gym and going out to eat. Her favourite teams to watch are the Milwaukee Bucks and Detroit Lions!

Arslan spent 8 years of his professional career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, with a focus on exercise rehabilitation through exercise. As an osteopathic manipulative therapist, Arslan focuses on treatment through manual therapy and patient education to give the patient’s body the ability to heal. Arslan enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds, and looks to help patients by finding the cause for illness or injury.

Shakir has spent time treating professional athletes in the UK through active rehab and strength and conditioning training.
Shakir enjoys working with clients of all age groups to help achieve their goals whatever they
may be. He focuses on assisting patients in treating new and recurring injuries through unique,
evidence based physiotherapy services. His aim is to empower patients to be confident in self-
managing existing symptoms in order for them to take an active and independent approach with
their rehabilitation goals.
Shakir is a strong believer in the benefit of continuing education and follows a life-long learning
approach to his practice. He is currently planning on taking courses in acupuncture and manual

A graduate of Sheridan College’s Athletic Therapy and Ontario College of Health and Technology’s Massage Therapy programs, Michael’s approach is to balance manual techniques with rehabilitative exercises to provide patients the optimal care to reach their goals.
Outside the clinic, Michael is working with Scrosoppi Football Club as the club’s Athletic Therapist, which includes working with players from their youth academy all the way up to their ProAm soccer team in League One Ontario.
Other aspects that make up Michael is his openness to different genres of music, curiosity in the various food the Greater Toronto Area has to offer and working towards a growth mindset.
